     ProDRT knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy very seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. By visiting the ProDRT website, you are accepting the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

     This Privacy Policy covers ProDRT’s treatment of personal information that ProDRT gathers when you are on the ProDRT website. This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that ProDRT does not own or control, or to individuals that ProDRT does not employ or manage.

 Information collected by

     We only collect personal information that is relevant to the purpose of our website, which is to enable users to log into the ProDRT website, purchase the ProDRT program, and Email you with Activation Keys. This information allows us to provide you with a customized and efficient experience. We do not process this information in a way that is incompatible with this objective.

     We do not have access to private account information you give to PayPal during your purchasing transactions. We do have access to, and log, purchasing information such as the buyer's email address, the buyer's full name, the transaction number, cost, currency, and other related transaction information. Again, ProDRT does not have access to bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or other payment account information used to make purchases of our software via PayPal.

     Registration: In order for you to purchase ProDRT, you must complete a registration form. As part of this registration form, we require select personal information (including your full name, and Email address).

     Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. ProDRT records “traffic data” on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the pages you visit. ProDRT uses this traffic data to help diagnose problems with its servers, analyze trends and administer the website.

     ProDRT may collect and, on any page, display the total counts that page has been viewed.

Email Communication

     ProDRT is very concerned about your privacy and we will never provide your email address to a third party without your explicit permission, as detailed in the “Sharing Your Information” section below. ProDRT may send out Emails with ProDRT-related security news, and program upgrades. Please note that in all cases you will continue to receive all system Emails (e.g. those regarding forgotten user passwords) and legal notices (e.g. updates to our policies) from us.


     Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that transfer to your computer’s hard drive through a web browser. Cookies enable our system to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our website are visited by you. ProDRT cookies do not collect personal information, and we do not combine information collected through cookies with other personal information to tell us more about you. We recommend that you leave cookies activated in your web browser as cookies allow our website to maintain your session while you are logged in to the ProDRT website.

Sharing your Information

     We neither rent nor sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with anyone.

     ProDRT Personnel: ProDRT personnel and authorized consultants and/or contractors may have access to user information if necessary in the normal course of ProDRT business.

     Protection of ProDRT and Others: We may release personal information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with a law, to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other policies, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ProDRT, our employees, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

     Syndication: At this time, ProDRT has no RSS (Really Simple Syndicate) on its website.

     With Your Consent: Anything done with your information other than what has been noted above, will be done only after contacting you and only after you have given permission to use your information.

Keeping Information Secure

     Your ProDRT account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. Protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer by logging off once you have finished using a shared computer.

     Only employees who need personal information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to it. All of our employees are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.

Ways to Control Display and Use of Your Information

     As stated previously, you will be the arbiter of what information of yours we use for any purpose other than to facilitate ProDRT business. By visiting your User Profile, you can correct, amend, add or delete personal information on our website.

     You may request deletion of your ProDRT account by sending us E-mail. In such case your user profile will be destroyed. Please note that once your account has been removed, it is non-recoverable.

Children under the age of 18

     Any person 13 and younger does not have permission to use ProDRT. If any account holder is found to be 13 or younger, the account will be destroyed along with any Activation Keys found with the account. There are no exceptions to this rule.

     We recommend that minors between the ages of 13 and 18 ask and receive their parents’ permission before using ProDRT or purchasing a copy of the ProDRT program.

Change to this Policy

     ProDRT may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will post them on the ProDRT website at so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, it is disclosed.

Condition of Use

     If you decide to visit the ProDRT website, your visit and any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of California state law.
